What is A Cloudy Picture?
A Cloudy Picture is a blog with my thoughts on the intersection of faith and film. I named the blog after 1 Corinthians 13:12.
Now all we can see of God is like a cloudy picture in a mirror. Later we will see him face to face. We don't know everything, but then we will, just as God completely understands us.
Sometimes I post typical film reviews, sometimes I post comparisons between film and scripture, and sometimes I post film music evaluations. But no matter the type of post, I love writing about film because of its “cloudiness.” We don’t know everything, but part of the journey is seeking to find the meaning amidst the clouds.
